“Exercise doesn’t make you smarter…it just makes you normal.” This great quote from John Medina in Brain Rules illustrates the essential role that physical activity plays in maintaining a sharp mind. The brain is best at solving problems related to surviving in an unstable environment, and to do so in nearly constant motion. This is what the brain did for virtually all of human history until we engineered the need for physical activity out of everyday life

If you have never heard of Charlotte Gerson or her father, Max Gerson and are interested in natural healing....read on.
Max Gerson was the pioneer of what has come to be called the Gerson Therapy. This therapy was revolutionary when he first came out with it back in the early 1930s and is just as controversial today. His belief, brought about by case studies and treatments, was that many diseases can be cured by diet; including cancer. Two years later the lung cancer was gone; he had cured the cancer himself. Lung cancer is the top cancer killer of both men and women.
Conventional medical treatment for lung cancer consists of surgery to remove part or all of the cancerous lung; chemotherapy and radiation. Doctors don't recommend a natural cancer cure. They may know of a natural cancer cure, but why would doctors recommend natural cancer cures when they can't make a profit off of natural cancer treatments?

Provoking thoughts... Right? People Please wake up and understand that we are being scammed, lied too and cheated out of our health! Every day we are being lead up the garden path by the money hungry medical fraternity and the BIG pharmaceutical Company's. It’s time we fought back!
Written By: Rick Cantrell, PhD, MD, PsyD - A doctor who suffers from cancer and he uses alternative rather than conventional medicine that involves chemo etc.
The below is absolutely 100% true and as a doctor I have been telling people this for 15 years now. No one wants to listen. Folks need to wake up. Cancer treatment is about making money. It is a 120 billion dollar a year industry in the United States alone and estimated to be a 600 billion dollar a year industry worldwide.
